Our Maintenance Plan allows the customer to receive free technical assistance inclusive of a site visit, faulty router/radio replacement, cable and mount repairs. Customers without a Maintenance Plan will be subject to the repair/replacement costs associated with service requests after the initial 3 month service period and call-out fees will apply.
